We make wine from the prolific plum tree at the end of the garden, and the olive tree has an abundance of fruit every autumn. In the colder winter months we love nothing more than lighting the wood-burning stove in the lounge, it really is pleasant.
One of our favourite things about the house is the luxurious bathroom overlooking the quiet garden. We’ve completely renovated the bathroom and the kitchen and have made the property energy efficient with a new boiler, double-glazing and loft insulation.
We are also really close to relaxing and peaceful green spaces for chilling out at the weekend, including Walthamstow Wetlands which is great for nature-watching; the River Lee; and Tottenham Marshes. We have a great jogging route at the weekend that takes us through three local parks, ending at Forks and Green for a well-earned brunch.
