All Winkworth Franchised offices are required to be members of Property Redress Scheme for sales and lettings, which demonstrates the confidence we have in the service standards across the network.
Each business is also encouraged to be licensed by the sector's main self-regulatory organisations. These are the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Safeagent.
Following the successful SAFEAGENT initiative of which Winkworth was a founding firm relevant legislation was introduced under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. This made it compulsory for all lettings and property management agents to have in place Client Money Protection (CMP) cover from the 1st April 2019. All Winkworth offices offering lettings services have in place CMP cover and a copy of their individual certificates can be found on each office's home page.
