Henry and team at Winkworth in Farnham recently successfully completed our house sale. On the marketing, viewings and negotiations front it was expertly handled, a very smooth experience with the outcome we wanted. They are a highly professional and friendly bunch. The quantity and suitability of prospective buyers was strong. The chain however was problematic due to someone at the bottom of the chain using a cheap 'warehouse conveyancer'... top tip - you should never use one! This was beyond our control, it caused a lot of stress, but Henry was able to navigate his way through and kept the chain intact to successful completion. We would highly recommend Winkworth Farnham.

Henry and the team at Winkworth Farnham did a great job on our property sale. Their valuation was not the highest one we received, but it was the one which felt most realistic. Once we began marketing the property, they were highly professional. We received an asking price offer within two weeks and, though there were a few hiccups along the way, ultimately a sale completed to the original interested party.

I can't recommend Winkworth Farnham enough. I've been helping my Mum sell her home in Ewshot and from the very beginning we've had an excellent service. In particular, Jamie Solis has been fantastic. He came to do a valuation before Mum had made a final decision about selling and gave us considered advice about the best time to put the house on the market as, at the time, the economy wasn't conducive. I recently purchase a house in Farnham through Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents in a chain of 4. Henry and Chelsea have been extremely helpfull and supportive throughout the process which is not always straight forward when part of a chain. Quick responsiveness, proactivity, keeping up to date and always trying to help. Great experience on that side of the chain for me especially when compared to the experience i had on the other side. Definitely recommended and would use again if i ever move again.
