Henry has extensive experience in marketing and selling homes across Farnham and the surrounding villages. He began his career with a prominent corporate agency in Guildford before going on to establish and successfully manage an independent estate agency in Cobham for several years.\n\nA lifelong resident of the area, Henry maintains strong ties to Farnham and now specialises in the sale of a broad range of properties in the town and its neighbouring countryside. He is particularly experienced in assisting families relocating from London in search of an enhanced lifestyle.\n\nAs Head of Sales, Henry leads a high‑performing department and is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail, strong marketing expertise, personable manner, and commitment to providing exceptional client service and sound, considered advice.\n\nHenry lives in Farnham with his partner, Alice. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, football, fly fishing on local rivers, hiking, and has a keen passion for cooking. He recently completed the Farnham Pilgrims Marathon, South Downs Way and Windsor Half Marathons, raising funds for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Our Lettings Manager Annabel Smith has a wealth of property experience covering 23 years; having worked successfully at the top of the market in Lettings, Property Management, Country House Sales, International Corporate Relocation, New home Site Sales and Inventory Management. Returning to her roots in Residential Lettings, Annabel heads up the Lettings department for Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents. The busy department lets and manages a huge variety of properties ranging from rural and country houses, period character cottages in the beautiful Georgian town of Farnham, modern apartments, family homes near outstanding schools and Student housing. Passionate about all aspects of property, Annabel can advise on marketing, legislative and practical aspects of letting including advice on any required refurbishment.

Stephen has been an estate agent for over 25 years, having worked in London, Farnham, Winchester and Internationally. Prior to his current role, he was the Managing Director for a large International Estate Agent, responsible for businesses in the UK, Spain, Portugal, France and Barbados. In 2007 he founded Tarrant & Robertson Ltd which in 2011 expanded into Petersfield whilst at the same time joining forces with the established London centric estate agency group, Winkworth. Outside of work, Stephen lives next to Alice Holt Forest with his partner Caroline and children, and he is a member of Farnham Rotary, David Lloyd and Farnham Runners. In the past he has completed the London marathon, New York marathon, Brighton marathon and the Pilgrims Farnham marathon, raising thousands of pounds for charities such as Transform, Get Kids Going and Outward Bound.

Jamie has lived in Farnham for over 10 years. He has an expert knowledge of the town and many years’ experience in the property industry. Prior to agency, he ran his own restaurant as well as working within the emergency services.\n\nJamie is approachable, reliable and diligent, providing our Winkworth clients with an honest and personal service.\n\nOutside of work Jamie enjoys all sports, especially football, good food and spending time with his loved ones.

Chelsea was born and bred in the local area, she has been working in the property industry for a number of years and has an encyclopedic knowledge of Farnham and the surrounding villages. Chelsea prides herself on going the extra mile for our clients, building long standing relationships and is very friendly and approachable with a superb eye for detail. Outside of work, Chelsea can be found at the gym, spending time with her young family and visiting the south coast.

Sherry is responsible for our Let & Managed properties ranging from rural and country houses, period character cottages, modern apartments, family homes near outstanding schools and Student housing in the beautiful Georgian town of Farnham. With over 25 years of PA, Office Management, Customer Service and strong Customer Interfacing Skills, originally starting her career in London Sherry brings her wealth of corporate experience to Winkworth Residential Sales & Lettings Agents. Sherry prides herself on delivering exceptional levels of service and building excellent long standing relationships with our Landlords, Tenants and huge list of reliable trustworthy contractors. When Sherry is not looking after our Let & Managed properties she enjoys keeping fit, raising money for her chosen charities, gardening and hiking.

Chiara works alongside Sherry in our Property Management team and together they look after a large and varied portfolio of properties. She thrives on offering an efficient, friendly and personable service to our clients and tenants.\n\nChiara moved to Farnham from Milan in 2017 and has an excellent knowledge of the local area and prides herself on her problem solving abilities and brilliant customer service skills. In her spare time, Chiara is a passionate cook, keen hiker, and loves to travel and explore in her campervan!

Caroline has over 12 years experience working as a bookkeeper and is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Caroline joined Winkworth Farnham Estate Agents in 2015 and deals with all aspects of accounting within both the Sales and Lettings departments.
