In the current difficult sellers market, I would commend the team at the Greenwich branch of Winkworth to sell a property. Though it took a while to achieve a sale, Guy Epps, the team leader was always ready to offer advice. I never felt pressured to agree to certain suggestions, more like guided. In fact after briefly trying another Estate Agent, I returned to Guy because I had more confidence in his guidance. Communications was always good, and my questions regularly answered by Guy's team, John and Charlie, (and previously Gillian). Feedback was provided after each viewing. Right up to the final week of completion, they were extremely helpful. I would like to add that I was also very pleased with their photographer, Deborah's photographs. Winkworth Greenwich stands out as a quality organisation in a marketplace littered with insincerity and unprofessionalism. From start to finish Nick Kirby and Brooke Chambers along with the team put an incredible amout of work into both locating an appropriate property, negotiating with the landlord and finalising the contracts. \nIt is vital to note that the turnaround time sourced was incredible. Candidly I was somewhat stressed by our previous landlord and as such put quite a lot of pressure on both Nick and Brooke. Their response was like nothing I have ever seen, both a calming presence with constant updates, as well as a professional estimate on when the transaction would complete. The estimate was not only perfectly on time but virtually faultless. \nThroughout the process I was kept updated and informed, any potential issues were flagged to ensure total transparency, it was an incredibly stressful situation which would have been four times worse had it not been for Nick & Brooke. \nSometimes when dealing with larger organisations there is a lost sense of commitment, or a lot more ‘red tape’ which can lead both to long lead times and disappointment. That is not the case with Winkworth Greenwich, each person I encountered obviously went above and I have every confidence I am not a special case, they bring this drive and professionalism to every individual who pass through their doors. Never has 5 stars been more justified than in the case of Nick, Brooke and the entire team in Winkworth.
