The Team at Greenwich

Mark has been with Winkworth for 35 years. He has been the director at Blackheath for 25 years and more recently the director for Greenwich. He is responsible for the general running of all offices.

Helen has been a director at Blackheath, along with her husband Mark, for over 25 years and more recently a director for Chislehurst and Greenwich. She is responsible for the efficient administration of the company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Guy, Marks' brother, has been with Winkworth for over 25 years. He is the branch manager for our Greenwich office, responsible for sales and some lettings appraisals and the smooth running of the branch.

Steve has been with Winkworth for 21 years and has consistently been one of our top-performing members of staff. As General Manager for our Blackheath and Greenwich offices, he oversees market appraisals and the smooth running of the Sales, Lettings and Property Management departments. Steve has carried out more than 4,000 valuations in the local area and sells more property than any other manager across our group of over 100 offices, both nationally and internationally.

Deborah has been with us for over 10 years and is a professional photographer. Her responsibilities encompass property photography, virtual tours, floorplans and some general office administration.

Arrun has been in the industry for 5 years and is responsible for lettings appraisals in Blackheath and Greenwich, liaising with landlords and managing the team.

Jemma has been with us for over 11 years and has a diploma in lettings and property management. She lives locally in Blackheath and is responsible for client money accounts and invoicing with day to day responsibility for the running of the management department.

Kerry is responsible for a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing their day to day management which includes actioning repairs, mid-term tenancy visits, renewals, deposit administration and managing the team.

Connor is responsible for a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing their day to day management which includes actioning repairs, mid-term tenancy visits, renewals, deposit administration and managing the team.

Sarah is responsible for a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing their day to day management which includes actioning repairs, mid-term tenancy visits, renewals and deposit administration.

Abbi is responsible for a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing their day to day management which includes actioning repairs, mid-term tenancy visits, renewals and deposit administration.

Sharon has a BTEC professional Diploma in lettings and management and has been our lettings manager for 18 years. She has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the lettings and management department.

Lorette is responsible for a portfolio of managed properties, overseeing their day to day management which includes actioning repairs, mid-term tenancy visits, renewals and deposit administration

Keira is responsible for organising pre-tenancy arrangements, let only renewals and invoicing.
