We've had a great experience renting our flat through Winkworth. From the very beginning, the team has been responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Communication has always been clear and timely, and any issues that came up during our tenancy were handled efficiently and without hassle. They’ve made the whole renting process smooth and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Keira Etherington was fantastic during the moving-in process of our Tenants—very diligent and always on time with the information we needed. She made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and well-organised. A big thank you to Sharon Jones was also extremely helpful and patient in explaining the breakdowns of our account, her clear communication made everything easy to understand. Sarah Ferry has been great throughout our tenancy—always responsive, supportive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. And a special mention and massive thank you to Jon Beadle, for his personalised service, thoughtful recommendations, and helpful advice, his involvement really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Altogether, a fantastic team providing excellent service. Highly recommended!
