'The fact that I’ve stayed here for 16 years proves that it’s been a great place to live. I originally chose it for the spacious, light rooms and the opportunity to have a private garden. Also for being within very easy walking distance of London Fields Lido, Broadway Market, Hackney Downs, Hackney Central and Dalston - it’s a great location. Now that traffic is restricted on Richmond Road, it’s a lot quieter and less polluted. I hope it works for you as much as it has for me.'
