Location

Situated in the quiet village of Haxton, which is one of three small villages nestled together next to the River Avon on Salisbury Plain. The area is vibrant with a village shop, Post Office, hairdresser, a garage and Stonehenge Ales are brewed in the village. There are two thriving schools, the Church of England Primary School which has Academy status and a Pre-school, Avon Small Saints. Farleigh, a well-regarded preparatory school is half an hour away. There are good transport links, the A303 giving access to London and the South West is 5 miles to the south, both Andover and Grately stations are about 30 minutes away with regular trains to London. Salisbury, with its magnificent cathedral has a wide range of theatres, cinemas, restaurants and independent shops and is a lively vibrant city as well as a magnet for tourists.
Jade House is perfectly situated for visiting the World Heritage Sites of Stonehenge, Avebury and other Neolithic sites in Wiltshire.
