Moving into our first apartment, my partner and I were ready to tackle all the challenges that came with renting agencies…however with Winkworth it was a breeze! The staff were super helpful and quick with email replies. All our documents were kept on one app where we could see what we needed to read and sign. Reminders would come through email about deadlines for signatures and payments so we were always in the loop about the progression of the process. Everything from the initial offer to handing the keys over felt like we didn’t have to do much or stress about anything! Janine Coleman and Winkworth are fantastic! To find an honest, professional, genuinely nice agent like Janine is rare in London. She showed us a flat in Shepherd's Bush a year ago and although we weren't able to make the move at that time, we really liked her so reached back out when we were ready. She immediately responded to our email and set up a viewing for a nice, well maintained flat that fit all our needs (top floor, sunny, good landlord). While viewing the flat, she didn’t rush us and allowed us time and space to look around, ask questions and talk amongst ourselves. She doesn't play "games,” which is so refreshing. When we decided to put in an application, she was communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. And when our application was accepted, she didn’t disappear and was there to support and help as we went through the process. They’re great at Winkworth, and we’ll use them for any London move we make in the future.
