Having experienced both sides of their business, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisa managed our letting property superbly for the entire six years. She was absolutely fabulous, always so friendly, warm, and empathetic and as accidental landlords we always felt our house was in the safest hands. I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.
