I have recently purchased a property through Winkworth Farnham and found the experience to be excellent. They were always very quick to respond to queries, offering a friendly, professional and efficient service.

Stephen and the team at Winkworth Estate Agents, Farnham have been very professional and approachable, I know from personal experience of being misled by several (4) other local estate agents. Stephen and his fantastic team set about contacting carefully vetted and matched buyers. Very quickly following early viewings, Stephen secured us a buyer. He then diligently tracked and progressed each and every step of the entire sales process, always keeping me fully updated and appraised.

In less than six months the Winkworth's team had amassed over 50 individual viewings and many subsequent 2nd viewings in a difficult market. After several offers, Stephen secured the ideal purchasers who shared the potential and space of our 5 bed new build. A standout performance - all too rare in service industries. Recently we have let a property with Winkworth, before refurbishment we asked for their advice, as to the standard required. On completion they managed to secure tenants in under a week, and at the top of all estimates from the other local agents. We have found all communication to be speedy, professional and friendly.
