I recently purchased a house through Winkworth Eaton. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Initially I dealt with James Garnham and Billy Bradford who were responsive to my communications whilst negotiating price. After sales service from Rachel Ingleby was first class. Proactive, efficient and friendly. She did all she could to move the sale along when my solicitors were slow and unresponsive. She liaised between myself and the sellers with various questions answered quickly. Great at keeping me up to date with what was happening during the conveyancing process. Definitely recommend using Winkworth Eaton.

Winkworth Eaton successfully sold our terraced house in Norwich ,in what is a very difficult property market. They were extremely efficient ,with great communication and a responsive team. They were confident in their approach to setting the price which generated 3 competing offers, achieving a price in excess of what we originally anticipated .A special mention to George whose professionalism and enthusiasm stood out. He willingly did all the photography again when we completed a redecoration of the property during the sales process , which was key to achieving the sale .Also thanks to Lilli, for her prompt communication after viewings and towards the end of the process getting the sale over the line. in summary ,the office appears well resourced with people who know the market and have a high level of customer service.

A very smooth sale of my mother's house, from start to finish. Updates from every prospective viewing, not pushy to "get the sale" at any point.
