I first started renting through WInkworth seven and a half years ago, when I first moved to Devon from the West Midlands and recently bought the property I was renting through them. My experience with the Crediton branch has been pretty great. Viewing was arranged around me getting down to Devon whilst still living in Birmingham and they made the process so simple and smooth. Anything that has needed to be looked at in that time was sorted out quickly and the tradespeople that they have contracts with are very friendly and trustworthy. Winkworth were great when the second tenant left the property, making sure that paperwork was up to date etc, which was a stress off my mind. They have been professional and friendly throughout and when we were informed of the landlord wishing to sell the property, they were very helpful in helping us to arrange purchasing straight from the landlord so that we are able to keep our home. Communications are great both from the rental and the purchasing side. When there were times that inspections or gas safe checks due, Winkworth were always happy to work around me and the times I would be home, which was always appreciated. Thank you so much to the Winkworth team for making both my move to Devon and the transition to buying my home smooth and straightforward.
