Frank leads the talented team at our Crediton branch, serving the local area with expert guidance, serving the needs for both Sales and Lettings. Frank started his career in Estate Agency in 2005, serving the areas of Islington then Westminster/Pimlico in central London. After his twin boys were born, the family moved to Devon, where he continued his career in property covering all aspects of the market across Mid Devon, Exeter and the South Hams. Frank brings a wealth of experience from the variety of markets he has worked within. Outside of Agency, Frank is a keen runner, a member of the South West Road Runners, and has a passion for theatre. He is an active supporter of the Crediton Arts Centre, acting and directing productions for both the Arts Centre and Brown Paper Bag Theatre Company.

Emily joined the Winkworth team in November 2021 as our Lettings Valuer and Negotiator. Since then, she has completed her training and is now proudly MARLA qualified. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science from college, Emily soon discovered her passion for the property industry and chose to pursue a career in estate agency. Outside of work, Emily enjoys teaching and performing dance, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jodie has worked in estate agency for the past couple of years. She has good local knowledge of Crediton and the surrounding villages, she enjoys helping clients through the process. Outside of work, Jodie spends much of her time competing with her horses, as well as socialising with family and friends. She is also a member of her local Young Farmers Club and gets involved with their active programme.

Kathy joined the firm at the start of 2012 as a Negotiator and completed an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency and completing her Level 3 in Sales of Residential Property and is a Member of NAEA. Kathy has had a varied role with us and works on a part time basis; from accounting to looking after much of the compliance of the office at the three offices whilst assisting Chris in any duties asked. Kathy is well known in the town, she went to school in Cheriton Fitzpaine and at Queen Elizabeth’s. In her spare time Kathy enjoys baking, spending time with her family and friends, as well as keeping fit by running! Kathy lives in the town with her husband Matt and their two daughters.

Catherine joined the firm in 2018 and has steadily progressed through various roles to become our dedicated valuer in the Crediton office. She holds an NVQ in Residential Lettings and brings a strong background in marketing and administration from her time with an interior furnishings company. With a college education in art and design, specialising in interior design, Catherine has a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for property presentation. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing by the coast and practising yoga.

Chloe joined the firm in April 2022, as a full time Property Consultant. Before this, she worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal at a Local Solicitors and therefore has a good understanding of the conveyancing process which helps when dealing with progression of sales, liaising with solicitors and keeping all parties updated. Chloe is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). In her spare time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her friends and family, doing Tae-Kwondo and playing netball.

Dawn is our Weekend Viewings Consultant. In her spare time Dawn thoroughly enjoys volunteering at Exeter Harriers Athletics Club stemming from when her two daughters used to compete for the club. She is the club’s Athlete Development Officer and throughout the summer months is a Field Judge. Dawn also enjoys walking the family’s Jack Russell terrier, Charlie, whom she describes as ‘untrainable but a real character!’

Graham is well known in the town having set the company up in 1995. Prior to this he worked for Gordon Vick and Partners in Okehampton, and then managed the former Cornerstone office here in Crediton. Graham is also a former independent financial advisor, and has an excellent knowledge of all aspects of residential property including land and planning. In his spare time Graham enjoys road cycling, often taking part in races and challenges, skiing and is also a former captain of Crediton Rugby Club. He lives near Crediton with his wife Julie. Graham is a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and holds the National Federation of Property Professional’s Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
