    Until recently we had rented a property privately via Winkworth for the last 10yrs. Prior to that I had rented for over 15 yrs from various agents and can honestly say Winkworth has been the best experience with honest fees. The staff have always been professional and friendly.     I've been renting properties in England for the last 8 years, and Winkworth has resuted to be the best agency I've been with so far. It's a small office with an excellent customer service. Since my first contact with them, communication has been quick and pleasant. As a tenant, I felt I could really rely on them. Any issue with the house would always be fixed, my money would be quickly refunded if I needed to spend it to buy anything that needed replacement. Unlike other agencies, which demand of you to make a decision on renewing the rent 6 months in advance, Winkworth timings were always very reasonable. Also, I didn't need to chase them to have my deposit back but they took the initiative themselves. Moreover, the plumber they work with is fantastic! I'll be looking for a new house soon and I'm really hoping it will be with Winkworth!
