Donna has worked in Estate Agency for over 26 years. During this time Donna has covered most roles within the estate agency environment, constantly building on her knowledge and experience including a Branch Manager and Area Director role, and even a stint in the local university overseeing the student accommodation. Five years ago Donna joined Winkworth as a partner, so taking over the business in its entirety was the next natural step to take. Donna is passionate about customer service in this competitive industry and is proud to be part of an organisation that fits so well with her own beliefs.
Penny Sinclair is our Office Manager, who has been at Winkworth for many years and keeps all the staff and office organised! Penny is also responsible for dealing with the sales progression and the administration and paperwork required to get this right. Penny likes nothing more than seeing all the loose ends tied up and the sale being completed.
New homes and development consultant Matthew Harvey has been with Winkworth Canterbury from the start, and has built up a strong portfolio of clients that turn to him for his experienced knowledge in this sector Matthew now works as a consultant and has extensive experience in Property Sales, specialising in new developments from the initial planning stage through to the end stage of a project.
Born locally Gary has worked in Estate Agency since 1975 when he joined Amos and Dawton. He became their Sales Manager and carried out many successful valuations, negotiations and viewings.He has now joined Winkworth and looks forward to welcoming clients both old and new. His hobbies include Football, Music and spending time with his four grandchildren.
Stuart Clark is our very efficient Property Manager and has been in the industry about 18 years, so has plenty of experience. Having worked in both Sales and Lettings, his current role is his preferred choice, as he enjoys the constant variety of managing the property portfolio on a day to day basis.
Becky joined Winkworth in 2016, after moving to the local area. Becky has many years experience in the London market running her own team, and has done both sales and lettings, so is comfortable in any role.
Penny McKenzie has worked for Winkworth Canterbury for 11 years Penny has worked through all the roles within the office, but has now settled into her natural role of Lettings Administrator. From a military background, Penny has a methodical and organised manner making sure tenants have a good experience of moving in and out of our properties.
