Donna has worked in Estate Agency for over 32 years. During this time Donna has covered most roles within the estate agency environment, constantly building on her knowledge and experience including a Branch Manager and Area Director role, and even a stint in the local university overseeing the student accommodation. Eight years ago Donna joined Winkworth as a partner which led to the next step of taking over the business in its entirety in 2019. Donna is passionate about customer service in this competitive industry and is head an organisation that fits so well with her own beliefs and has built a strong team which has the same ethos as her own.

Born locally Gary has worked in Estate Agency since 1975 when he joined Amos and Dawton. \n He became their Sales Manager and carried out many successful valuations, negotiations and viewings.He has now joined Winkworth and looks forward to welcoming clients both old and new. His hobbies include Football, Music and spending time with his four grandchildren.

Meet Josh, having previously been the Branch Administrator for Winkworth, he has since taken up a new and exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team. Josh brings a calm, solution-oriented approach to every task. Outside of the office, he enjoys long walks with his dog, his most loyal companion. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, Josh is a key resource, offering invaluable support and simplifying complex processes for the team whenever you need guidance.

Meet Paul, who has over 10 years property management experience in the local area and is also our Assistant Lettings Manager. He enjoys the variety of managing a large property portfolio and every day bringing a new problem to solve! Paul’s hobbies include Football, water sports and ancient history… and of course Gas Certs!

Penny McKenzie has worked for Winkworth Canterbury for over 15 years, working most roles within the office. Penny realised a few years ago there was a gap in the market for client accounting within the lettings industry and after passing her exams an AAT Bookkeeper and doing further extensive training, she has now set up her own company dealing with lettings client accounts. Fortunately, Penny remains doing all the Winkworth accounting and continues to be a great asset in dealing with all aspects of rental accounting. Outside of this, her two children keep her busy so a little less time for kayaking these days.

Becky has been with Winkworth for two years, having recently come back from Maternity Leave and enjoying getting back into Lettings Administration. Becky has plenty of previous experience as a lettings administrator too and she is looking forward to her new role of lettings negotiator upon her return later this year.

After a rewarding 35-year career in the Public Sector, I decided to embark on a completely new path and pursue my long-standing passion for property. A few months ago, I was delighted to join Winkworth Estate Agents as a Lettings Negotiator, and I am thoroughly enjoying the fresh challenges and opportunities this role brings.\n\nProperty has always been a personal interest of mine. Over the years, I have bought and sold numerous homes and achieved a lifelong ambition by converting a barn, which I now proudly call home.\n\nOutside of work, I love to travel — often combining my trips with charitable projects, which is deeply fulfilling. I am also an active volunteer at a local charity shop, giving back to my community on my days off.
