We used Winkworths to sell our uncle’s apartment in Beckenham. From introducing ourselves to Sophie in the office, to meeting Aaron to make the appraisal and agree a contract to sell, and engaging with Dom to manage the property all along the selling process, they have been first class. We agreed that as a vacant property going through probate that some extra work and responsibilities were likely, they were completely unfazed and gave us their full attention. I can’t fault them. I have been with Winkworth agents for a long time. I would like to leave this review specifically for Ema Veseli as opposed to Winkworth on a whole. Ema is a senior property manager who has kindly been looking after a property for me for 6 months or so. She is extremely professional, always prompt with her responses and always so utterly polite and reliable. Honestly she has been a dream to have take us under her wing and quite frankly a massive asset to the Winkworth team. She has had to deal with some difficult tenants and is always so polite and generous with them, despite how challenging it can be for her. I’m someone who is not often impressed by the service I receive. However, I cannot speak in any way negatively about the experience of selling my late parents’ house through Winkworth. In fact, I would go as far as to say that the outcome significantly exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for someone with drive, who will remain in contact throughout what can be a difficult process, guide and provide support, take phone calls outside normal operating hours, reduce the stress levels, and maintain the focus, leaving you in no doubt that he is representing your best interests, then look no further than the impressive [special agent] Dom Davis.
