Hazel brings many years of experience and knowledge of the local area as having lived here her whole life. She is highly organised and methodical, you could say that she is the glue that holds the office together. Hazel previously attended the Brit School, worked at the Beckenham Beacon and was a former fitness instructor and still regularly attends spin classes at the local David Lloyd Fitness Centre.

Having been in the residential lettings industry since the late 90’s Dan has accumulated a wealth of experience across the London, Surrey and Kent rental markets. Known for building long-term trusted relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and results combined with expert knowledge of the Housing Act, Landlord & Tenant Act, and compliance legislation. Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jonas is a Lettings Negotiator at Winkworth Beckenham with over 13 years’ experience in the London property market, specialising in landlord and tenant relations across Central & South London. He is genuinely a people person who thrives on helping others, known for his charismatic, friendly, professional style and strong client focus. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping fit at the gym, snowboarding and traveling with his friends. He is committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for all clients
