Winkworth welcomes a new Banstead office to the network

Co-directors and joint franchisees Andrew Booker and Richard Ward have just opened the doors to their new Winkworth office in Banstead.

“Neatly situated just south of the existing Cheam and Worcester Park offices, Banstead was a natural progression for Winkworth as an area we wanted to have a presence in” comments New Franchising Executive James Campbell. “From nearby Sutton there are regular direct trains which will get you into both Victoria and Blackfriars in under half an hour, perfect for commuters.”

Over the last 12 months Banstead has seen an average property value increase of £23,000 (3.93%), and in the last 6 months 153 properties were sold. Nearby Kingswood is an exciting prospect for both Andrew and Richard, with the current average property value being £1.3m.

With a combined industry experience spanning nearly four decades, both Andrew and Richard have worked in the area for a total of 19 years and Richard has grown up in the vicinity too, with his children now attending the local school.
