Winkworth opens new office in Brentford

Winkworth Franchising Ltd today announces the launch of a new office in Brentford. This is the third office opening this year for Winkworth, whose appetite for expansion is set to continue throughout the year.

The opening of Winkworth Brentford will enhance the company's London offering and provide access to what is currently a thriving market in and around Brentford and Isleworth. The office is headed up by George Franks, who currently runs five other offices in West London and has good experience in expanding successful office networks. He will oversee a skilled team in the Brentford office with almost 50 years' combined experience in estate agency as well as a wealth of local expertise.

The office will offer sales, lettings and property management services to local home movers and landlords. The team is set to capitalise on the strong presence and reputation associated with the Winkworth brand, with other offices in the area including Chiswick and Ealing.

Commenting on opening the Brentford office, George says: "It's great to be a part of Winkworth's continued growth and to have the opportunity to help grow this sub-network of offices at the same time. We have been very much looking forward to opening the Brentford office, and we are excited to start servicing the local property market. With lots happening in the area, including the regeneration of the high street, there are many affordable new builds popping up. We have already received a great deal of enquiries, and I have every confidence in the team we have in place to serve the local home moving community."

The current average value of a property in Brentford currently stands at £543,545*, 15% above the London average of £471,986**. Located in the London Borough of Hounslow, Brentford sits on a direct line taking just over 30 minutes into London Waterloo. The area is a clear choice for those looking to move to a London suburb that benefits from fast links into the country via the M4.

Winkworth Brentford is located at 7 Brentford Lock, Brentford High Street, Brentford, London, TW8 8LF. Contact details are brentford@winkworth.co.uk / 0208 560 1125
