The market here in Central London is showing good signs of coming out of its winter slumber. Viewing numbers and enquiries have picked up to respectable levels given the underlying political and economic outlook.

New Year….New Market Our current buyers tend to be needs-driven and end-user. It is also fair to say that most of them are not first time buyers, neither are they buying a principle property. Investment value still plays a strong part in the light of the fragile market.

It seems like we have been here before. Last time was when we all woke up the day after the Brexit Referendum to find things had not gone quite as expected. Political and economic uncertainties are bound to bring investor caution.

Another Year, another Election. Our buyers and sellers seem to be treating the prospect with supreme indifference, at least as far as the market here in the Clerkenwell & City goes. It is also the Bank Holiday season and the time of year that traditionally heralds our peak selling months.
