Back To Work

At this time of year most people are now back at work or college and have settled into the early Autumn routine. Our activity on all levels here in the Paddington office also gets back into its stride.

My highly regarded lettings team, headed up by my colleague Tania Pejcinovic have been working extremely well and successfully to match our Landlords with incoming tenants as the academic and rental year gets underway.

One thing I am particularly proud of is the synergy between our Sales, Lettings and Management Teams that allows us to add considerable value to the advice we can give our clients. Sales and Lettings sit on the same desk and the constant sharing of information and ideas help us all to give a far better and more co-ordinated service. Our Landlords often buy additional stock or release properties as their needs require and being a full-service agency we are able to aid and assist seamlessly.

None of this business falls into our laps. It is the result of years of operating here and building up the trust and network that allows us to offer our buyers and sellers the sort of service they require and deserve.

It is fair to say that the market is a little complex at the moment, but it is nothing we have not experienced and worked through before.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of the current market I will be delighted to hear from you.

New Year Predictions

New Year….New Market Our current buyers tend to be  needs-driven and end-user. It is also fair to say that most of them are not first time buyers, neither are they buying a principle property. Investment value still plays a strong part in the light of the fragile market.
