When we moved in six years ago, we had no idea what an incredible sense of community we would enjoy here. From exchanging home-baked cakes and long over-the-fence chats with the super-friendly neighbours, to the wonderful local school with its real close-knit community – which has earned us and our son friends for life – we have truly felt we’ve belonged here.

The large living room and spacious kitchen/ diner have meant we’ve always enjoyed plenty of family living space, while we’ve particularly enjoyed cultivating the large garden, which now blooms from early spring to autumn. Eating out on the patio on warm summer’s days, picnicking on the lawn and playing outside with the kids have been our salvation during lockdown!

Now that things are opening up again, we’re going to miss the unique restaurants and cafes of Green Lanes just a short walk away, as well as the shops of buzzy Wood Green and the café culture of Crouch End. Add to that the incredible tube, train and bus links into town and Shoreditch and we honestly wouldn’t leave the area at all if we weren’t leaving London altogether. We’re really going to miss this place!
