We sold our last house with Winkworth’s Haringey back in 2017 and had a good experience. When it came to selling again there were far more options to choose from, online, boutique and large commercial teams. But after meeting with Head of Sales Jake Strubel, we felt there was no other option. Jake was calm, polite, and unassuming. He came prepared and knew the neighbourhood market. His estimations were realistic and genuine. We signed up, and met the rest of the team dealing with our sale Rachel Chirga, Oscar Downey & Kirsty Flanders. Every interaction after that was a joy, and on top of all this they achieved a sale price way beyond our expectations, with a fair fee structure. Make no mistake they are the absolute best in Haringey.

Winkworth Harringay managed the home we rented for 5 years. Throughout our tenancy they were always very responsive with any queries or issues we raised, replying to all emails within one working day. Rosie was our property manager and she consistently went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed. She was always so friendly, and a real breath of fresh air in comparison to other property managers I have dealt with in the private rental sector. The process for getting our deposit back at the end of our tenancy was set out very clearly and all done through the DPS. I've heard about and experienced a lot of horror stories as as a renter which can make choosing a new letting agent really daunting. I'd recommend Winkworth Harringay to anyone looking to rent in the area for peace of mind that you will be listened to and respected as a tenant, giving you the chance to make a property your home.
