Winkworth Franchising Limited is presenting the opportunity for one lucky person to win exclusive passes to the 2024 British Grand Prix* (“the Prize”) courtesy of Zak O’Sullivan Limited ("Zak O’Sullivan Racing Limited”) The promoter of this promotion is Winkworth Franchising Limited, 13 Charles II Street, London, St James's, SW1Y 4QU. By entering the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility

1. To enter this promotion, you must be a resident of the UK and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Employees or agents (or their family members) of Winkworth Franchising Limited and/or any company that operates as a Winkworth Franchise (“Winkworth”) are excluded from eligibility.
3. Entrants must have instructed a Winkworth franchise between the dates of 01.02.24 and 31.05.24 to sell or let a property to be eligible for entry (such instruction to be via a valid Winkworth Sales Agreement and/or a valid Winkworth Landlord’s Terms of Business).
4. Entrants must be available to attend the 2024 British Grand Prix at Silverstone Race Track during at least one of the following dates 05.07.24, 06.07.24 and 07.07.24
5. Parking passes will be sent to the winner before the event, however the winner is responsible for arranging their journey to and from the Silverston Race Track
6. The winner must be able to prove that they are residents of the UK.
7. The winner and their plus one are required to follow and abide by the dress code as stated by British Racing Drivers’ Club and all other rules and conditions of the Silverstone Race Track. • How to enter

8. The competition will start at 00:01 GMT on 01.02.24.
9. Entries will only be accepted online via https://www.winkworth.co.uk/f1-competition  Participants must complete the online entry form and provide their full name, email address, telephone number, the postcode of the property instructed, which Winkworth office they instructed and whether they instructed Winkworth to let or to sell a property to be entered into the prize draw. No other method of entry is permitted.
10. Entrants must tick that they have read and understood these terms and conditions
11. Entries will be accepted until 23:59 GMT on 31.05.23 and are limited to one entry per individual. Entries after this date will not be accepted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
12. Winkworth Franchising Limited accepts no liability for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or cannot be delivered for any technical reason.
13. While no payment or purchase is necessary to enter this promotion, in accordance with paragraph 4 above entrants must have instructed a Winkworth office during the duration of this prize draw.

• Winner selection and prize redemption

14. There will be one the winner who will be randomly selected using a third part system (https://www.viralsweep.com/random-name-picker/). The winner will receive 2 passes for each of the race days (05.07.24, 06.07.24 or 07.07.24).  The winner will receive 2 Silverstone passes to the 2024 British Grand Prix which will give them access to The British Racing Drivers Club (BDRC) areas (Club House and BDRC Farm).
15. The winning entry will be selected at random using a third party random generator (https://www.viralsweep.com/random-name-picker/) on the 03.06.24. The winner will be notified by telephone and via the email address provided on entry of the competition within 24 hours of the winner being selected. The winner must claim the Prize and confirm eligibility within 5 days of being notified of the win by return of email. Winkworth Franchising Limited reserve the right to disqualify the winner if no response is received within 5 days and award the Prize to the next eligible entrant to be selected as above.
16. Reasonable efforts will be made by Winkworth Franchising Limited to contact the winner over a period of 5 days. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
17. The winner will receive their passes at the main gate of Silverstone on the morning of each race day from a Winkworth representative who will be in attendance and available on the day.
18. Entrants are liable for their passes during each day and must hand back passes at the end of the day to the Winkworth representative.  If a pass is lost this may result in the winner and/or their plus one losing all benefits and access rights during that day and may also result in their ejection from the event.  If a pass is lost it may also result in the winner and/or their plus one not being allowed entry to the event on the following day(s) during the event as a replacement pass cannot be provided.

• Publicity and use of personal information

19. The winner of this promotion will be asked to participate in publicity and be required to be pictured and featured in social media posts from Winkworth Franchising Limited about the Prize.
20. By entering the competition, you agree that Winkworth Franchising Limited may contact you for the purpose of taking part in reasonable additional post-competition publicity.
21. The winner’s telephone number and address will be shared with Zak O’Sullivan Limited only for the use of allocating passes to the winner.
22. We will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Winkworth Franchising Limited Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
23. The winner will be published at https://www.winkworth.co.uk/f1-competition for 30 days after the winner have been confirmed in order to verify that a valid award has taken place.

• Other terms

24. The Prize will only be available for collection from the main gate of Silverstone from a Winkworth representative on the day that the entrant has been informed they have won.
25. The travel to and from Silverstone Race Tack, spending money, food and drinks as well as other costs on the day with acceptation of parking and entry to the venue are the responsibility of the winner and their plus one.
26. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Winkworth Franchising Limited or other organisations connected to this promotion. The Prize is supplied Zak O’Sullivan Racing Limited of 17-18 Hythe Road, London NW10 6RT.  Winkworth Franchising Limited reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Winkworth Franchising Limited’s control makes it necessary to do so.
27. Prizes are subject to availability, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or other form of payment.
28. Winkworth Franchising Limited reserves the right to confirm the eligibility of the entrants and withhold the Prize until the eligibility requirement in these terms has been fulfilled.  If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Winkworth Franchising Limited may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition
29. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Winkworth Franchising Limited liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Winkworth Franchising Limited will not be legally responsible to entrants or the winner for any losses to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party or as result of taking up and/or enjoying the Prize.
30. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
31. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
32. Winkworth Franchising Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions if necessary due to matters outside its control.
