Located approximately 37 and 35 miles respectively from Central London, Wokingham and Bracknell’s placement are perfect for living and working or commuting. Both Wokingham and Bracknell have recently undergone extensive regeneration projects with the picturesque, popular market town of Wokingham having an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and bars and Bracknell having a more comprehensive range of facilities, together with its acclaimed Lexicon shopping centre.
For the commuter, both the M4 and M3 are easily accessible, with main line stations at both Bracknell and Wokingham ideally located for London commuters, serving London Waterloo in one direction and Reading in the other (which is the second busiest interchange station outside London). At Reading and nearby Twyford you can pick up the new Elizabeth Line, taking you swiftly to the heart of London. Wokingham also offers a direct line to London Gatwick,
The area boasts some of the most well-regarded state and private schools and colleges, together with an abundance of sporting and recreational facilities, country parks, health spas and areas of outstanding natural beauty, contributing to an excellent quality of life.
