With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, James has been an integral part of the Winkworth team since 2015. His dedication, professionalism, and strong people skills have helped him build lasting relationships with landlords across the area.\n\nAs a regulated member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), James provides expert guidance in this highly regulated industry, ensuring clients receive informed and reliable advice. His commitment to excellence and deep market knowledge makes him a trusted partner for landlords looking to maximise their investments.\n\nOutside of work, James stays active by playing for a five-a-side football team and enjoys coaching his son's team at the weekend.

Having lived in Wokingham all his life, Reece graduated with a BDes (hons) degree in marketing from the University of Wolverhampton. He initially used his degree working in a marketing department of a local estate agent but soon decided that property was his passion and became an invaluable member of their sales team. Now having 10 years experience in the property industry, Reece heads up our sales department and is a passionate, determined, and key member of the team.

Lucy has always lived and worked in the Wokingham area and has many years' experience in the property industry. She has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and enjoys a varied role assisting with company administration, assisting the sales and lettings teams and ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
