I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally. Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems. Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’ve been renting with Winkworth for the past 2.5 years. All along the process, they were extremely professional, quick to respond and always friendly. They never needed to be chased, they would chase you to get the issues resolved. Everytime something would go wrong with the property, I would have it sorted within 24 hours. I cannot recommend Winkworth Estate Agents in Northampton highly enough. Ian Simons and the team are consummate professional, and fantastic people. Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. Winkworth were the Estate Agents selling the house we wanted. We were impressed with the photos online and the virtual tour (which is really useful before the sale is complete because you can keep looking at everything in detail). Ian Simons communicated well with me, he kept me in the loop, chased up solicitors, surveyors etc. and kept in contact before during and after the sale. When we eventually sell our house, I will absolutely be using Winkworth in Northampton. Brilliant service.

Would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Winkworths. The photos for a start were amazing (compared to another agent I was using for another sale), they really showed the place off. There were (unrelated to Winkworths) issues towards the end of the sale process which Ian personally got involved in and sorted without question. No question, a great estate agent!

I engaged Winkworths to sell my leasehold property on recommendation from a friend. They weren't the cheapest - but I valued her opinion and will always be very glad I chose to give Winkworths my business. My experience with Winkworth was so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had with a letting agency in Northampton. They are very professional, they are very good at their job and they are there to help you and answer the phone when is needed. I started renting with them for the first time in December and I am very happy with their services. Nikki was the person that I’ve spoken with the most.
