We've been helping people find their perfect home in Ealing and Acton for over 25 years.

Here at Winkworth Ealing, the owners and some staff live in the Ealing Borough, so we really do know what it is like to live in the ‘Queen of the Suburbs’. There is something really special about living in Ealing and Acton. It’s becoming increasingly liked by those working in town and The City, given the prospect of Crossrail and the reduced journey time. Yet it still remains hugely popular for families that want to benefit from good schools; shops, bars and restaurants (many of which ‘tried and tested’!); combined with the tranquillity of the parks and green open spaces.

"Julia was great - professional, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. She worked hard to find us a house to let that fit our specs. Definitely recommend."

  • Walpole Park

Walpole Park is one of the most important parks in the borough and provides the main recreational space for the area.

The park is a significant, much-used formal park in the heart of the borough and is the site of Ealing Summer Festival.  It forms part of a larger network of green spaces that provide essential respite from the pressures of urban living whether it is for recreation, an alternative ‘rural’ pedestrian route or a location for alfresco lunches for office workers.  It is the focus of active recreation containing a small café and children’s playground and provides space for quiet contemplation and relaxation.

  • Pitshanger Park

Pitshanger Park is a formal park so it is maintained by contractors and does not have any specific areas for conservation.  It is unique in comparison to most of our formal parks as it is bordered by the River Brent to the north, which acts as a haven for wildlife.  This enables people to enjoy a walk by the river in a safe, clean and welcoming environment while also having the option to utilise a selection of facilities and features.

Pitshanger Park is very popular for dog walkers as it has some large open spaces and good walking routes. Overall it has something to suit all.
