All in all an easy, pleasant experience selling through Winkworth’s. All the staff there are very helpful, accommodating & approachable, nothing is too much trouble. Anthony & Jordan both kept me completely up to date. I would most definitely recommend Winkworth of Bagshot.

Whilst we didn’t not use these guys to sell they are our vendor’s Estate Agent and so we have had considerable communication with them over the last 3 months and they have been brilliant. Can’t fault them and it’s rare to find really good Estate Agents that don’t just care about the sale but also care about other parties involved in a chain. We dealt with Matthew who was great with comms and chasing things up and when he was on annual leave which can sometimes cause problems with files being passed and cases being covered by colleagues we then dealt with Ryan who has been absolutely outstanding. I would definitely recommend these guys for buying and selling and if we ever move again (please no 🙏😉) these guys will be our first choice xx

Winkworth fully manage my BTL and they have been super efficient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I never thought I’d be writing a glowing review for a lettings agent (in the past my experience with estate agents hasn’t been ideal). BUT Sarah Russell has blown me away with her “nothing is too much” attitude. From the beginning of the process (I’m a tenant) it was clear she cares deeply about the properties as if they were her own and treats her tenants with respect and care. She deals with everything IMMEDIATELY, is always upbeat, intelligent, sensitive and friendly. Extremely efficient, she literally sorts out any problem within minutes. Toby has also been fabulous, they work together brilliantly. If I was ever to sell or rent I would trust my property/friends looking to rent out/home with Sarah. Very, very impressed. It made the process of moving and renting very relaxing.
