We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

My partner and I bought our house via Winkworth, we were looked after by Marcus throughout, great to have continuity and we felt he was on top of everything throughout the buying process. On more than one occasion Marcus informed us of developments before our solicitor did. A faultless service, exceeded our expectations and made buying our home as stress free as possible. Fantastic!
