Her professionalism, sensible approach to any issue raised and her ability to balance tenant and landlord expectations is second to none. If you are considering letting a property or you are a tenant, then you are very lucky indeed to have her in your corner. In an era of poor customer service, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Sarah and all the team at Winkworths.

When the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in negative cashflow. Harriet got three offers within a couple of days, we discussed the merits of each and went ahead with the person who subsequently moved in. Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. I have used Winkworths for many years and wouldn’t go elsewhere in the area. Matt and the team are efficient, friendly and supportive from start to finish.
