She managed all my expectations, in terms of managing timeline, communicating my numerous requests to the landlord, giving me the info I needed and even finding time so we could re-visit the flat to take measurements at a day and time that was convenient for us. And on top of that, what's special about Hannah is that she is not only a terrific agent who knows her market inside out but she is a great listener and a very kind and caring person. Renting a flat is stressful (especially when you are 8 months pregnant) but Hannah makes it really easy and stress-free for you. I would totally recommend Hannah!
