Just recently sold my house with winkworth and cannot thank them enough for all there help during the selling/buying process. If you want to sell a house , go to Winkworths in Hove! . Toby knows his stuff and the process is seamless. Our house sold without us having to worry - ans the calmness of the team was so very reassuring. In fact it took just five weeks . All the little details that can stop things, they dealt with simply. What more can one want in a process thqt can be extremely stressful. As well They are a fantastic team and when they say they will do something, it happens. We have been very happy clients. Letting and managing a property is a big responsibility and from the very start we knew that they were going to take away any worries that can come up from letting a house. Things break in houses, electricity needs to be updated, gas certificates need to be achieved and all manner of things have to be replaced. None of this is planned but with a good agent, it never becomes a problem as it is always sorted very quickly. All of them are charming and it has been a pleasure to have them look after our house. I have had a phenomenal experience dealing with the letting team at Winkworth North Kensington. Jason was extremely accommodating about arranging viewings, patient in addressing all my frequent questions and concerns, and offered great assistance and advice. Despite the very limited timeline (1 week), I required for arranging an offer and moving in, he was very helpful in making sure I moved in within the specified date and always kept me informed throughout the whole process, for which I'm grateful.
