Winkworth in Banstead were absolutely brilliant in selling my brother's house for us. Within a few days of contacting Andrew he had arranged viewing for the Saturday and had a prospective buyer straight away. I had a few problems at the house which Andrew helped me with which were resolved very quickly. The offer was made and accepted within a very short space of time, thanks to the team. We have had the best experience with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Winkworth, I hope they take notice. I must admit we were difficult tenants, in a more-so difficult property. None the less, nothing was too much hassle and every encounter with the letting agent was a pleasant and quite often hilarious experience, even on the most testing days. Tanya was fun, friendly, respectful and most importantly personable. I couldn't state enough to reflect just how fast, competent and professional she is. Excellent service as always from this company . Buyers were found very quickly for my property and despite issues with the chain collapsing a couple of times and lack of communication from other agents, I was really happy with the service provided by winkworth.
