The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. It gets better…. when we completed and picked up the keys I can honestly say the whole team were genuinely thrilled for us - not because it was another house they had completed on but genuinely happy for us!!! Jason de Sousa at Winkworth North Kensington did an absolutely brilliant job for us. I initially contacted three estate agents about a one bedroom apartment for our daughter, but very quickly decided I'd just work with Jason. Within minutes of speaking to Jason, he'd sent through a really nice selection of excellent options. He immediately understood what we were looking for and so we didn't waste any time at all on false leads. Jason actually found the best possible apartment for us, a bright, newly renovated apartment in a quiet, central location. It is just so special and owned by a really lovely landlady, who greeted us graciously and warmly, along with Jason, the day our daughter moved in. We are so grateful - the place is a real home and Jason continues to be promptly available to us, should we need his help with anything. I have worked with many real estate agents over a period of many decades. Jason and his team are in a league of their own! I can't recommend him highly enough.

The lettings manager Natasha Conti brings incomparable skills to the industry. We tried many local letting agents and were let down badly by young inexperienced staff of bigger organisations who did not know how to appraise tenants or property or market conditions.
