I have dealt with Aliya Conway for years, she lets my flat for me, and she is the most professional member of staff you could hope to deal with. She is fair and honest but also super business like gets me what I need to achieve. I am useless with Admin and returning calls but she bears me well. I take her advice always on achievable rents and she is always correct, she knows the market inside out. Her team work well for her and are lovely too. I would want this talent working for me in a heartbeat if I had a business.

I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

Aaron at Winkworth went above and beyond to ensure a seamless letting process for my home in Kensal. He was always quick to respond and a great knowledge of all the local tradespeople I needed to engage to let my home. I chose this agency as they are the most respected in the area and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend.
