Rosella was absolutely fantastic. We took her lead on setting a guide price for our 3 double bed property we were selling, rather that setting an exact price. That guide price was close to the minimum we wanted to achieve. She expected it to achieve significantly over. Rosella wasn't wrong. Within 1 week of listing we had 10 viewings planned. Come the day of viewing 4 offers by lunchtime 2 of which were well over the price she expected it to achieve. Rosella and the team at Winkworth are personable and the communication is good. She assisted with queries promptly and gave advise on our onward journey. I would happily use again and recommend to others.

Great experience and very satisfied with the support from Sam Horridge, James Fraser, Sibel Camci, and the Winkworth team at Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush offices. Everything went very fast from the moment in which Sam shared some potential properties matching my search criteria, arranging the viewings, and managing the offer, to getting all the paperwork sorted before moving in. Very efficient team, totally recommended!

Tom has been the sheer definition of professional since the 1st telephone consultation. He has been amazing at keeping us updated and has bent over backwards to help us. He has made us feel exceptionally valued and it's very obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers. Personally I wouldn't use another estate agent!
