Lucy was always prompt for viewings and I was very pleased when a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks of having my flat on the market. Tom has been the sheer definition of professional since the 1st telephone consultation. He has been amazing at keeping us updated and has bent over backwards to help us. The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! Great experience and very satisfied with the support from Sam Horridge, James Fraser, Sibel Camci, and the Winkworth team at Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush offices. Everything went very fast from the moment in which Sam shared some potential properties matching my search criteria, arranging the viewings, and managing the offer, to getting all the paperwork sorted before moving in.
