I used Winkworth as a Letting Agent and had good service for the last five years marred somewhat by Covid. All of the letting staff were very helpful. On deciding to sell I chose to use Winkworth for this. Paul Benge has done a great job in marketing the property with good communication and it sold pretty quickly. So altogether, a good choice for both managing rental and selling properties.

Cannot thank Sam enough for his help during what was quite a stressful time. He was always there to answer all my questions and phone calls (and there were lots of them) nothing was too much trouble, communication was always great, keeping us updated and informed throughout.
