We want to say a huge thank you to Mike and Harvey. Although Winkworth were not our agents (they were the agents of the property we are buying) they have gone over and above to keep us in the loop, offering reassurance and chasing all parties throughout our complex and very long time to get to exchange. I advised them that our agents were not keeping us in the loop at all and that is when Winkworth stepped in. Thank you again guys, I will certainly be recommending you and not Spencers (Highcliffe).

Superb local estate agent, they have managed the process for my rental tenancy and also for a house purchase. They have dealt with problems efficiently in the rental and also managed the end of tenancy well. Special mention to Archie, he has been super helpful on the purchase process of the new house and is always ready to help with any questions and has made the whole thing a (relatively..!) stress free process.
