Jade in the post sales team was incredibly helpful - especially when our solicitor was not replying to us, Jade was always so quick to reply and update us with the process. We were first time buyers so came into the process not knowing much about it - but Jade and the rest of the team really helped us out. We were in a chain for 9 months, so having someone who was so good with updates was really great!

Little did we know when I accepted an offer put on the table via the Shoreditch team on my flat they had marketed for quite a short time that we were heading down a six month horror path of conveyancing hell. The only way through it was to work together, united, to bring the sale to a conclusion. For that you need the human skills displayed by Evie in evaluating the tone of message to deliver between parties which require a different amount of heat, light and shade depending on timing and urgency and delivering those missives in an effective way. It's easy to give five stars when everything has been easy tougher and more worthy when it's been difficult

Recently bought a property through Winkworth Ferndown and would definitely recommend them. Rosella was really helpful from start to finish, responding quickly to any queries and following up with solicitors when needed. She has continued to be a point of contact for after sale support as well. Really good all-round service.
