We have been looking for a property in the Highcliffe / Friars Cliff area for around a year registering with all the local agents in our attempts to secure the right property. He kept calm & focused, even when dealing with the effects of the pandemic & a very slow solicitor at the bottom of the chain! Our company had used Winkworths previousley to rent a large flat in the West End with a tenancy ending this year. We were waiting for the tenant to vacate before viewings but Natasha persuaded us that she had a new interested tenant and agreed the viewing. An offer was made and immediately followed by short negotiations and an agreement. That was then followed by several paragraphs(I won't bore you) of further problems, difficulties and issues before we could sign. Ben Hunt has assembled an incredible team in Brook Green - Hammersmith. Due to the multiple lockdowns in 2020, we could not go back to London to sell our house after our tenants had vacated. Not only were they our eyes and ears on the ground, while builders and gardeners were getting our house ready for sale, but Ben took care of the entire process and sold our house in record time. They spared no effort and their rolodex came in handy to get things done. Great job, keep it up.
