Thoroughly recommend using Winkworth Bath for letting property - Denise Latham has exceeded expectations during the whole process. There was a tight turnaround between listing the property and having all documentation in place for the tenant; Denise managed the process to such a high standard and kept me updated throughout. Another standout point is that Denise has always taken the time to explain the process and answer every question that I had.
