I had a great experience with Paul at Winkworths. From start to finish he provided a service that was nothing short of exceptional – proactive and efficient, as well as friendly, personable and always willing to help. Paul was very supportive throughout the process, ensuring I was kept informed at every stage. In fact, he often told me what was going on before my solicitor did – including on completion day! Paul was very responsive to emails and phone calls, making communication effortless. He went the extra mile by contacting third parties on my behalf (e.g. another estate agent in respect of my initial buyer/my solicitor on the last day) who were not responding to me. His approach is not just a ‘can-do’ attitude but a ‘will-do’ attitude, and promptly too. It was a pleasure to work with Paul and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, proactive support in selling and/or buying a property.

In my experience, Winkworth is the best letting agent in the area. Jenny was fantastic in helping us secure our new home. The process was smooth from start to finish. All at Winkworth have been very professional and responsive and in particular Janie Lapwood from the management side. We are currently based offshore and Janie has been very good at ensuring our property is managed professionally. She's very personable and ensures all matters are dealt with appropriately and with care.
