We rented our house out and chose Winkworth as they came across as very professional, hard working and on the ball. We were extremely happy with how quickly the property was rented out and would highly recommend the agents to anyone looking to let their property. UPDATE - we also wanted to give a recommendation to Charlotte who has been managing the property for us recently. She has been both proactive and speedy in dealing with the issues and her communication with us.

Winkworth's network was absolutely crucial for helping to obtain multiple above asking price offers in a short period of time. I use Winkworth to manage a small flat in East Dulwich and I think they are very good. Most people's experience of dealing with letting agents on the management side is (let's say politely) "mixed". Whereas I've found Winkworth to be very responsive and professional, solutions oriented and able to find contractors for repairs etc who are pretty efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg. Special shout out to Sami, Nick and Sam who are great. Sorry if I missed others because the whole team is very good.

Kim and her team of amazing ladies couldn't be more helpful every step of the way, from suggesting ways to maximise potential in the house to the valuation, to the service while for sale and then the dreaded sale to completion process. Although we had a few bumps, who doesn't, they managed everything marvelously, and even recommended a brilliant local solicitor and mortgage advisor. Full service. Great people. 10/10!

We recently relocated to Norfolk from North Wales back in January and found us a rental property via this estate agent. We were only looking for short term rental as we wanted to be home owners again, however due to me beginning work before we could buy a property we thought we’d give renting a go. Having moved from our own property to go into a rental property, we found the whole process very easy and stress free thanks to the excellent work carried out by Linda Jackson. Linda was so helpful through the whole process, and really catered to our needs. Linda found us a really good Landlord who understood we were looking to buy our own property, but was willing to allow us to rent his property on a short term contract. We can’t thank Linda enough for finding this for us as it was a massive help to allow us to settle into our new area.
