The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. It gets better…. when we completed and picked up the keys I can honestly say the whole team were genuinely thrilled for us - not because it was another house they had completed on but genuinely happy for us!!! Truly a lovely team!!! So to all of the team thank you so much! I have to say an extra thank you to Andrew. Thank you for being particularly fantastic and always so calm, great and listening and dealing with everything so quickly and effortlessly! Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company. We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that. We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we have been very impressed by the service from Winkworth, we have had difficulties with previous letting agents, so were incredibly pleased to have such a good experience with Winkworth.

For the sale of our apartment n Hammersmith our son recommended Winkworths based on the very good property management service he has received from them.. The process was long drawn out with landlord and managing agent involved and many detailed questions to deal with but, throughout, Findlay was on the case and, most importantly, regularly kept us informed of progress.
