We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

This is not the first property i have rented. I am happy with the agency, I have lived in the property for 5 years now. If there is a problem with the property they always resolve it very quickly. Lonnie always helps with all the paperwork and I recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.

I cannot thank Matt enough for the support he gave whilst selling our property. He made what seemed like a minefield at the start a very straighforward and smooth process. I could go on for hours but Winkworth is the best. through 9 years of tenancy across London I have never felt so at home and in control when it comes to our Flat. they our everything you would wish from a landlord. efficient, quick, friendly and welcoming always ready to jump on the horse and fix any problem within in literally minutes even going way beyond the call of duty particularly with one of the team, Adam, who has fought tooth and nail to sort out a problem that technically he could have just let slip as it was to do with the really the building managers responsibility and the landlord of another flats issue to sort. despite this he did it and as soon as I got him onto the case it was sorted within days. thank you again so much for having us I have never felt so relaxed and really like I have made a home here without feeling like i am constantly being observed or untrusted to look after a home and instead trusted to get on with life and in the end that is what anyone really wants but to do it with such support is amazing and i can safely say we look forward to staying on if they will have us. in short if you can find it with Winkworth stop your search and go to your new home, they have the matt to welcome you already waiting! good luck in your search and if you have found a slice of heaven with this amazing team congratulations.

I moved to Brighton in May from London did not know anybody here Emma was absolutely wonderful she was so helpful in every aspect of the purchase of my lovely flat.
