There's always been a bit of a stigma around estate agents and not being able to trust them but Becky, Jade and Stuart put me at ease, helped me and put things in lehmanns terms from start to finish. I would 100% recommend them for buying and/or selling. Trustworthy, reliable and honest, qualities very hard to come by in this day and age!

Cant rate these guys highly enough when buying through them. Despite their obligations being with the seller they went above and beyond in helping me with the sale of my own property and advised me how best to manage things up to an eventual exchange.

Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended.
